A magnificent ox, crafted and painted with careful attention to detail. The curves of the body and the soft folds of skin around the neck are extremely lifelike, and the hand-painted brushstrokes in grey flecked with gold give the piece extra movement and a pleasing sense of fluidity. Covered with a blanket which is decorated with the traditional symbol of Mt.Fuji rising above the clouds and the Chinese character for "good luck", this resplendent ox with its peaceful expression is sure to bring a feeling of calm and serenity to your home.
