Playful rabbits yunomi by Kagetsu

A charming yunomi featuring a hand-painted design of two playful rabbits romping in a field of grass and flowers. Crafted by Kyoto craftsman Hara Kagetsu who has added a new twist to the traditional brushstroke techniques learned from his father. The rabbits' bodies are painted on the glaze using thick, white pigment which gives them an added dimension and the neutral background is brightened by the use of gold , red and green accents.
