Ameyu (Amber) glazed ippukuwan by Hayashi Hideki

This is a striking ippukuwan with ridged sides and a lovely glaze pattern. The amber glaze gently
drapes around the outside, adding an elegant accent to the rough, stone-colored surface, and
drips down the inside the bowl to create a deep caramel colored effect at the bottom.

Hand-crafted in Gifu prefecture, Japan by young craftsman Hayashi Hideki.
