Kyoyaki Fukurin Tenmoku matcha chawan by Kougiku
A traditional style tenmoku chawan. The characteristic recessed rim is fitted with a plated brass ring.It is thought that in the past the ring was added as a protective measure for the fragile edge, however these days it is considered more of an aesthetic feature. Handcrafted in Kyoto, Japan by Nakamura Kogiku
