Yakishime nakaobi shiboridashi by Hokujo

Gyokuro tea as it is brewed at a lower temperature than other green teas.
It is thick with a sweet flavor and should be appreciated in small quantities.
This shallow pot, called Shiboridashi, is especially suitable as it allows for the full flavor of the Gyokuro tea and high-grade sencha to be released.
