Yakishime shiboridashi by Hokujo

Gyokuro tea as it is brewed at a lower temperature than other green teas.
It is thick with a sweet flavor and should be appreciated in small quantities.
This shallow pot, called Shiboridashi, is especially suitable as it allows for the full flavor of the Gyokuro tea to be released.

Handmade by Hokujo, recognized as a Tokoname City Human Cultural Asset, Master craftsman recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan and recipient of numerous prestigious prizes.
