Kinu Shudei hiramaru teapot by Setsudo

Respected Tokoname craftsman Setsudo studied under his father, Setsudo I and has inherited his skill on the potter's wheel.

This is a classically simple teapot made from natural materials. The "Kinu" shudei, which literally means silk, is very soft with a beautiful pale color. The color of this smooth, very fine clay will become deeper and more tasteful over time.
