Mt. Fuji shaped Black embossed teapot by Teruyuki

Unusual conical shaped teapot made to resemble the shape of Japan’s most famous mountain. Crafted by Isobe Teruyuki, formerly of Takasuke kiln, who has since become independent. Very characteristic of this potter, the teapot features embossed and incised

bands in shades of olive green and brick red on a black base. A unique piece with a lovely textured feel.

Built-in ceramic mesh infusor.
