For Wise payments, we can accept selected major currencies such as AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, and SGD. For customers outside the United States, the total may be converted from U.S. dollars into the designated currency using a currency conversion rate at the time of invoicing.
After your order is confirmed, we will send an invoice with the total amount and payment instructions.
All items are shipped directly from our shop in Japan. We currently use EMS, FedEx, and DHL where available.
The available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country, package size, value, and current postal or courier service conditions. We will inform you of the suitable shipping options before payment.
As soon as payment is confirmed, we usually dispatch the goods within 3 business days unless otherwise notified.
We strongly recommend insured shipping for ceramic items. In the case of loss or damage during transportation, replacement or refund can be arranged only after the insurance claim has been completed and approved by the shipping carrier.
If an insurance claim is necessary, the buyer may be asked to keep the damaged goods, packing materials, and shipping box for inspection by the carrier or local postal authority. Your cooperation may be required for the claim process.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated in our quotation or invoice.
Customs procedures and delivery times vary greatly by country. Any estimated delivery time does not include delays caused by customs inspection, customs clearance, or local delivery procedures.
EMS shipping to the United States is currently available again. For U.S. orders, we arrange the required import duties and customs-related fees through Zonos prepay before shipment whenever applicable.
This allows us to ship the parcel after the applicable U.S. import charges have been prepaid. We will confirm the shipping method, total amount, and any customs-related charges before payment.
Depending on the item value, package size, and current service conditions, we may also offer FedEx or DHL when suitable.
All our goods are guaranteed as genuine. If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, please contact us first and return the goods unused, at your own expense, within 8 days of receipt.
Only the value of the goods will be refunded after the returned goods arrive safely and are confirmed to be in their original condition. Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other related charges are not refundable.
We check our products carefully before shipping. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed after inspection, the value of the goods and the return postage fee will be refunded.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or provide compensation for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage after delivery.
