Blue-glass glaze teapot by Mukuhara Kashun #18

One-off piece, no two are the same, wood-fired in a climbing kiln.
The small pinhole marks on the surface are a natural characteristic of Hagi ware — iron and organic matter in the clay release gases during firing, leaving these tiny traces. This is an inherent quality of handmade pottery, not a defect.
Comes in a paper box.
