A beautiful collaboration between Konishi Yohei and his daughter-in-law, Yukari.
This piece was created when Konishi Yohei was 84 years old. The kyusu itself was handcrafted by Yohei, while the whale design was carefully engraved by Yukari.
The combination of traditional Tokoname shudei clay and detailed hand engraving makes this teapot a unique example of their collaborative work.
