A set of Tenmoku style Rainbow kyusu and two sencha cups by Shoryu #8
The Tenmoku-style surface design on this teapot bears witness to Shoryu’s technique and creativity.
While traditional Tenmoku ware often relies on thick iron glazes, Shoryu achieves a luminous, all-over effect without compromising his refined style.
Extremely light and exquisitely stylish. The surface is finished with urushi lacquer.
The interior of the two cups carries a mica based gold tone, giving it a softer, more subdued shade.
Comes in a signed wooden box.
