Yohen silver yuteki yunomi from Shinemon kiln
This interesting yunomi from the Shinemon kiln (of craftsman Baba Shinemon), is an excellent example of "yuteki", an oil spot finish created by iron oxide in the glaze. The silver spots glisten and reflect different colors in the light. Simple yet fascinating, a beautifully executed piece.
