Ogata Kenzan inspired Yukisasa (Bamboo leaves in the snow) dish by Ito Kenichi

This footed dish is modelled on a piece by Ogata Kenzan, the famous Edo period ceramist.
The handle is shaped like a bamboo stem, and bamboo leaves are featured around the rim.
The iron glaze makes a dramatic contrast to the earthy grey base and raised white dots add texture and an interesting three-dimensional look.
This dish is perfect for serving small delicacies.

Hand-crafted in Gifu Prefecture by Ito Kenichi, a respected craftsman
and recipient of various prizes and awards.

Approx.size: diameter 6.3"(16.2cm), height (incl.handle) 4.4" (11.2cm)
