Respected Tokoname craftsman Setsudo studied under his father, Setsudo I and has inherited his skill on the potter's wheel. This simple teapot showcases the sujihiki technique of accented horizontal lines which give the teapot a sense of immediacy, appearing fresh off the potter's wheel.
