A smooth teapot with clean, simple lines, featuring a back handle (ushirode). The lid style is known as"inro", meaning that it has a taller base and fits into the mouth rather than lying along a groove around it.

Often used in Sencha-do, this style of teapot is also suitable for Chinese tea.

Handcrafted in Tokoname by Yoshiki.
